Gorbel's G-Force and Easy Arm devices are part of an exciting family of material handling equipment known as Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD's). They use exclusive patented technology and an industrial processor controlled servo drive system to deliver unmatched lifting precision and speed. The Q2/iQ2 hoist fuses zero gravity lifting, today's advanced smart technology, and basic human guidance to maximize productivity while minimizing the risk of injury to the operator. This technology has a broad range of applications demonstrated in our custom lifting device videos. Features include:

• Infinite Operator Speed and Control - The Q2/iQ2 G-Force and Easy Arm move as fast or as slow as the operator chooses. They are ideal for applications that require a wide range of high speed movements throughout the lifting cycle, and slow precise movements at other points in the lifting cycle.
• Q2/iQ2 Auto Float Mode and Float Mode Control - Both G-Force Q2 and iQ2 models offer a versatile Float Mode and Auto Float Mode Option. Auto Float mode allows for seamless float mode operation without operators having to push a button to switch between Operator Handle Controls or Float Mode Load Control. Float Mode operation requires just a mere 0.5 pound (227 g) of force on the load itself; in this mode operators can precisely orient loads throughout the full stroke range by manipulating the load with their hands. This makes the unit a pure zero-gravity lifter.
• Smart Connect using G-Link - The Q2 and iQ2 models feature an updated computer based visualization interface that makes configuring your unit a breeze. This wireless Smart Connect user interface can be used on a tablet or PC to monitor or configure system settings and parameters.
• Advanced Q2/iQ2 User Interface - The Q2 and iQ2 models feature three different user interfaces: An always on OLED high resolution display on the Handle (white text on black background), PC App, and Tablet App with all visualization interfaces available in 6 languages – English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, and Spanish.
• Upgraded Q2 and iQ2 Electronic Controls - The Q2 and iQ2 models have improved and more efficient electronic controls driven by a faster more powerful CPU, more RAM, new circuit boards, and power supply. These upgrades allow operator controls to be quicker, smoother, and more responsive than the Q and iQ models.
• Q2 and iQ2 Enhanced Connectivity - The new Q2 and iQ2 models have two Internet of Things (IoT) connection options: Wired via a standard ethernet port or use the built in Wireless via standard 802.11 Wi-Fi functionality, so you no longer have to plug in a cable for servicing, troubleshooting, or diagnostics.
• Refined Q2/iQ2 Control/Actuator Circuit Board - The Q2 and iQ2 models have an improved circuit board layout including: positive locking connectors, easier access to fuses, ethernet port, USB port, up/down jog buttons, 802.11 WiFi chip, automotive blade type 5 AMP fuse for the DC power supply protection, gold test points, and several DC power fuses replaced with automatic resettable integrated circuit thermal overload chips.
• Powerful CPU - The Q2 and iQ2 models take advantage of today's industrial grade CPU technology with an expanded I/O, improved processing power, more RAM, and unlike the Q/IQ models; the Q2/iQ2 no longer require a 5 year CPU battery to maintain and store operation settings. All of these advancements allow for less maintenance, ease of operation, and longer life.
• Hub/Handle I/O - The Q2 model has 2 user configurable inputs and outputs and the iQ2 has up to 8 configurable input/output points with the optional I/O block.
• Control/Actuator Circuit Board I/O - The iQ2 model has 8 inputs and 4 outputs. The Q2 model has no configurable input/output.
• Blazing Speeds - With speeds reaching 200 fpm and Easy Arm speeds reaching 180 fpm. These devices travel up to four times faster than traditional high-end lifting devices currently on the market, making them the fastest, most precise zero gravity lifting devices on the planet.
• Pinpoint Precision - The Gorbel G-Force Smart Hoist delivers unparalleled precision with speeds of less than 1 fpm. This gives the operator the control necessary to finesse expensive or fragile parts.
• The Safe Alternative - Operators want to use the Gorbel G-Force hoist because they're easy to learn and easy to use. They are safer than manual lifting and dramatically reduce worker injury cost.
• Anti-Recoil Technology - This prevents the hoist from moving or recoiling when there is a sudden change in load, reducing the risk of potentially serious injury.
• Capacities and Overload Protection - The unit will not lift if the load exceeds the rated capacity. Capacities available in 165 lb., 330 lb., 660 lb., and 1,320.
• Power Loss Protection - A fail safe load braking system lock the unit in place in the event of a power loss.
• Operator Present Function - The handle grip of the Gorbel G-Force and Easy Arm uses a built-in photo sensor that doesn't allow the unit to move unless the operator initials the movement.
