This custom pneumatic tool lifts, grips, and rotates kegs. The tool has adjustable grip jaws that can lift Mini Kegs, Quarter Barrel Kegs, Half Barrel Kegs and Slim Quarter Kegs. It has a fully automatic and integrated center of gravity shifter that keeps the tool and kegs perfectly level to the floor. The floating handle keeps the operator at a comfortable ergonomic position while raising or lowering the kegs; and our Gripper Safety Circuit prevents the operator from accidentally pressing the release button and dropping the kegs in mid-air.

We designed and built this tool to grip, lift, and 90-dgree pitch parts for loading a lathe. This custom outer diameter gripper tool was integrated with a 660 pound Gorbel Easy Arm and designed to pick up piston parts from 20 to 230 pounds. The diameters varied from 5 inches to 28 inches which required a long stroke gripper tool because these parts are not run in a batch. The gripper features dual release as well as our gripper safety circuit, Linatex lined jaws, 180 degree rotate and extra release buttons on the side of tool.

This custom lifting device grips and lifts 150-pound batteries for loading and unloading a pallet. The gripper features a steel and aluminum powder coated frame, floating handle, automatic center of gravity shift, Linatex rubber covered grip jaws, float mode, momentary proportional up/down controls and momentary grip/release. We manufactured this tool to grip, lift and rotate artillery shells from M1 Abrams tanks. The operator has a dual grip with a common button to ensure a safe grip on the shells.
