Dyna-Lift System Kits
Quickly convert a fixed-height industrial machine, table, or workbench to adjustable height. Choose from 1- to 6-leg systems with 6- to 20-inch adjustment ranges; systems ship fully charged and ready to install. (Mounting hardware not included.)
System Specifications
- Capacity: 1,000 lb. (4 or 6-leg systems) — 1,500 lb. on 4-leg systems only.
- Operation:
- Manual: 5 handle rotations per inch of lift. Fold-away handle on 1,000 lb. kits; non-retractable T-handle on 1,500 lb. kits.
- Electric: 115VAC, 60Hz, single-phase; 17.4 in./min. — UL Recognized and CSA Certified.
- High Speed option: 152 RPM; reduces max kit capacity to 700 lb.
- Single-acting cylinders — power up, gravity down. Approximately 20 lbs. of load per cylinder required to retract.
- Hydraulic system:
- 625 psi nominal / 2,500 psi burst; no reservoir — fluid maintained in pump and piston areas.
- Hydraulic fluid: colorless, odorless, non-staining.
- Finish: Powder coated pump and D-housing; zinc-plated actuator rod-ends.
Available options: Locking casters, programmable switch, stainless steel rod ends or footings. Custom tubing lengths are available up to 120"; standard kits include (2) 60" and (2) 96" lengths.

4-Post Internal Mount Dyna-Lift Systems
The Internal Mount Dyna-Lift System is specifically designed to neatly fit inside 80/20, 3030 aluminum extrusions or 80x80, 90x90 Bosch aluminum extrusions (extrusions are NOT included and must be supplied by the customer).
Internal Leg System Features
- Easily mounts inside most 3" by 3" extruded aluminum profiles (80/20, 3030 aluminum extrusions or 80x80, 90x90 Bosch aluminum extrusions).
- Perfect application for OEMs and Custom Machine Builders.
- Internally mounted cylinder neatly hides away unwanted outside obstructions.
- Lifting capacities up to 1,000 lbs.
- Adjustment ranges available in: 6", 8", 10", 12" stroke.
- System ships fully charged ready to install.
- NOTE: Single acting cylinders, power up and gravity down. Approximately 20 lbs. of weight per cylinder to retract properly.
Installation
- Slide the internally mounted Dyna-Lift hydraulic lifting cylinder down the middle of your aluminum extrusion legs.
- Screw on the provided mounting plate to the bottom of the Dyna-Lift hydraulic cylinder.
- Attach the Mounting Plate and Dyna-Lift hydraulic cylinder to the aluminum extrusion with 4 (customer supplied) 5/16-18 screws.
