Through the Nutting Rapid Ship program, we offer three distinct steering configurations—Caster Steer, 5th Wheel Dual Steer, and 5th Wheel Quad Steer—available with approximately 30-day lead times. All units feature welded steel construction and are backed by a 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Caster Steer Industrial Carts (Series 52)

The agile, cost-effective standard for general warehousing. Equipped with two rear rigid casters and two front swivel casters, this design offers superior maneuverability when the cart is disconnected and moved manually.

• Best Application: Delivering materials into tight workstations where manual positioning is required.
• Towing Note: Best suited for short trains or wide aisles due to natural "swing" during towing.
• Standard Hitch: Auto-Coupler for fast, ergonomic hitching.

5th Wheel Dual Steer Trailers (Series 54)

Designed for stability and heavy-duty towing, Dual Steer trailers utilize a front axle that pivots on a turntable assembly (5th wheel) while the rear axle remains rigid. This configuration prioritizes stability over tight cornering, making it ideal for long-distance transport.

5th Wheel Quad Steer Trailers (Series 54)

The ultimate solution for narrow aisles and complex layouts. Quad Steer trailers feature a mechanical linkage connecting the front and rear axles. When the front axle turns, the rear axle turns in coordination, allowing the cart to follow the exact path of the tugger ("True Tracking").

• Best Application: Narrow aisles where carts must not cut corners or clip racks.
• Tracking Precision: Virtually eliminates drift, making it the safest option for long tugger trains.
