Chain Conveyor Systems and Chain Transfers by LEWCO
The Industrial Chain Driven Conveyors designed and offered by LEWCO are ideal for operations that require moving materials through your production lines or warehouse facilities. With the use of a motor, a chain setup is driven to convey any necessary materials. Chain Driven Conveyors generally serve the purpose of handling and transporting heavy loads such as pallets, industrial containers, and more. Ergonomic Partners is a distributor of LEWCO Chain Driven Conveyors, including the Chain Roller Conveyor, the Chain Transfer Conveyor, and the Standard Chain Conveyor.
Chain Driven Roller Series
Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors, or CDLRs, feature a positive chain and sprocket drive. The heavy-duty live roller conveyor makes it an excellent choice for the transportation of various items, including containers, pallets, drums, and numerous other heavy unit loads. In addition to the applications listed below, the CDLR is capable of outperforming its competitors by enduring harsh and dirty oiling environments.
Chain Driven Roller Curve Series
Three different CDRC models are available that are often conjoined with a matching CDLR model. Offers positive drive for navigating 90, 45, and 30 degree turns.
Chain Driven Roller / Dual Chain Box
Like the CDLRs, the CDDB models have an additional advantage of closer roll centers. Best used for conveying loads with challenging footprints.
Chain Driven Tapered Roller Curve
Maintains product orientation throughout a curve in the conveyor line. Accommodates a wide range of standard/custom radiuses and can be used with the CDLR19, CDLR25, and CDLR26 models.
Chain Driven Roller, Zoned Accumulation
Acts as a chain-driven live roller conveyor that emits zero pressure. Useful for accumulating heavy loads with zero back pressure. Additionally, each unit is equipped with zone control logic for easy setup of cascade/slug release models.
LEWCO Chain Conveyors
Generally used for conveying heavy loads, chain conveyors consist of numerous parallel roller chains. The chains are configured to line up with the bottom of pallets and other objects that would be difficult to transport on roller conveyors. These roller chains are ideal for conveying unit loads of various sizes that would not convey smoothly on driven roller conveyors.
Ergonomic Partners is a distributor for LEWCO Chain Driven Conveyors from coast to coast, Canada, and Mexico, and especially focused in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, Florida, and Oklahoma.
